Anorgasmia

No, it’s not a rock band!  No, it’s not the name of your niece’s 4th daughter!   No, it’s not a new hybrid orchid.  Stop it!

Anorgasmia is the medical term for regular difficulty reaching orgasm after ample sexual stimulation, causing you personal distress. Anorgasmia is actually a very common occurrence. About 15 percent of women report difficulties with orgasm, and as many as 10 percent of women in the United States have never climaxed. Even women who orgasm regularly only climax about 50 percent to 70 percent of the time.

Talking to our doctors, whether we are men or women, can be difficult when it comes to sexual performance and response.  However, many issues can be simply resolved with lifestyle changes and/or treatment.  If you have reason to believe this, or any, issue may be affecting you…talk to your doctor.  Turn your stumbling block into a stepping stone.  Make love better!
